Songster Member Meeting 12:45 p.m. October 27, 2025.
Sunland Auditorium John Sloper called the meeting to order

The Treasurer and Secretary's Reports were not read.
lnformation on the Fundraiser was given to the members: Date:
Saturday, January 31,2026 at 7-9 p.m. in the auditorium. Tickets will
need to be sold by members starting after our Christmas Concert.
Ticket price-$20.00. Mark Lucas and the Rhythm Cats will be
presenting the concert.

Members should sign up to be on a committee to help out the
organization. Without your help the work doesn't get done. We also
need members to step up and an officer. Dana Robb, our VP, had to
resign, so we need a replacement for her to take over the
President's position, a new VP and a Secretary are needed. lf these
positions are not filled our group could fold.
We have the Sunland EXPO on November 19 from 5-5;30 p.m. in
the Auditorium. A few members are needed to man a table and
inform people about our group. We will give 2 concert tickets as
door prize.

Ticket sales begin on November 8 at Pancake Breakfast. Every
Wednesday and Friday from 1O-noon tickets will be sold in Rooms
3-4. A sign-up will go around on Thursday, October 20 during
rehearsal. Again, your help is needed.
